Welcome to Stratogizer

The 7-step quick-start that takes you from a fresh account to your first AI-generated strategy.

Welcome. You've signed up. You have an empty account, an idea for a campaign, and probably a deadline. This page walks you from that empty state to your first AI-generated, brand-aware, approved strategy — in seven steps, in about 25 minutes the first time, and far less every time after.

The mental model first

Workspace → Company → Campaign → Strategy

Stratogizer organises everything as a tidy hierarchy. A workspace is your team's account — it's where billing lives. Inside the workspace you add companies — each company is a brand or client. Inside each company you run campaigns, and inside each campaign you generate the actual strategy. That structure is what lets one team work on many brands without anything bleeding across.

Strategies live inside campaigns. Campaigns live inside companies. Companies live inside your workspace. That's the whole map.

The walkthrough

Seven steps to your first strategy

  1. 1

    Spin up a workspace

If you signed up directly, you already have one. If someone invited you, you joined theirs. There's nothing to do here — but it's worth knowing the workspace is the billing tenant. Your plan (Basic / Pro / Custom) decides how many companies and team members you can add.

  2. 2

    Add a company

Click the active-company switcher in the top bar → Create new company. Give it a display name. That's it for now — you can refine the details in the next step.

Most people start with their flagship brand or the client they're actively working on. You can add as many companies as your plan allows.

  3. 3

    Set the brand context

Open the company you just made and fill in:

    • Brand logo — appears in the company switcher and on every exported PDF.
    • Website — used by the SEO/GEO module and surfaced in generated strategy.
    • System prompt — a short paragraph in the brand's voice, with any constraints the AI must honour. Treat this like a one-pager for a new strategist joining the brand.

You can edit any of these later — they're the inputs that shape how every strategy for this brand reads.

  4. 4

    Pick your strategy pillar

Stratogizer generates three kinds of work, and you pick the one you actually need:

    • Paid Media — strategy, channel plan, and implementation plan for paid campaigns.
    • Organic Social — a platform-aware organic social strategy.
    • SEO / GEO — an AI audit of your website with SEO and Generative-Engine-Optimisation recommendations.

Use the left sidebar to jump between them. Whichever one you pick, the next step is the same.

  5. 5

    Create a campaign

A campaign is one objective and all the work that supports it (think: Q4 lead generation or April brand relaunch). Strategies always belong to a campaign — that's how Stratogizer keeps related work grouped, audited, and approvable as a unit.

In the sidebar go to Campaigns → New campaign, give it a name and an objective, and you're ready to generate.

  6. 6

Feed the AI from the Asset Library

The AI gets better the more context it has. Before you generate, attach the documents you'd hand a strategist on day one:

    • The client brief.
    • Brand CI, tone of voice, brand guidelines.
    • Past performance: prior strategies, reports, decks.
    • Anything the AI should not say or do.

Open the Asset Library from the sidebar to upload files. Use the toggle on each file to control whether the AI sees it for this generation.

  7. 7

    Generate, review, share

Run the strategy. Generation takes 1–3 minutes; you'll see a running loading state while the model works. When it's done you get a fully formatted strategy on screen.

    From there:

    • Click Send for approval to put it in front of a workspace owner.
    • When it's approved, click Export PDF to ship the branded document.
    • Need a new version? Edit and regenerate from the campaign card — your inputs are remembered.

Where to go from here

Once you're past the first strategy

Most users follow the same path after their first run. Read these in order:

  1. Learn the Submit for approval flow so your team trusts what gets exported.
  2. Add more team members and decide who can see which company.
  3. Try the other strategy pillars — Organic Social is the natural companion to Paid Media; SEO/GEO is the long-term play.
  4. Connect Google for SEO/GEO and run your first audit. It takes minutes and immediately surfaces real wins.

Everything above is in the sidebar to your left. Happy strategising.
