Generate a Paid Media implementation plan
Use a prior strategy and channel plan as input to produce an actionable implementation plan.
The implementation plan is the action layer. It turns the strategy and channel plan into things your team actually does on Monday morning: targeting setup, creative briefs, KPI definitions, naming conventions, who-does-what. It's the third module in the Paid Media flow.
- Prerequisite
- Highly recommended: a strategy and channel plan in the same campaign
- Generation time
- 1–3 minutes
- Output
- Actionable implementation plan, ready to hand to delivery teams
- Key feature
- Can link prior strategy + channel plan as context
The implementation plan is the module where Stratogizer most clearly earns the "weeks of work in minutes" claim. Skipping the prior runs means the AI starts blank; linking them means it builds directly on decisions you've already approved.
What it produces
Inside the implementation plan
- Per-channel implementation — for each channel from the plan: ad units, targeting setup, bid strategies, daily budgets, pacing rules.
- Creative briefs — what to make for each channel: formats, copy direction, asset requirements, variant counts.
- KPI framework — primary and secondary metrics per channel, target ranges, attribution notes.
- Naming conventions — campaign / ad set / ad naming patterns so reporting works downstream.
- Pre-launch checklist — pixel firing, audience exclusions, tracking setup, sign-offs.
How to generate it
Step by step
- 1
Open the Paid Media wizard
Sidebar → Paid Media.
- 2
Pick Media Implementation as the module
The third module choice. The wizard reveals an extra step where you can link prior runs from the same campaign.
- 3
Link your prior strategy and channel plan
This is the killer step. Pick the strategy and (separately) the channel plan you generated earlier in this campaign. Their full content is injected into the implementation plan generation as context.
If you skip this, the implementation plan is generated from scratch using only the wizard inputs — it'll still produce something useful, but it won't reflect any of the specific decisions you've already approved.
- 4
Confirm the brief and submit
Same shape as the other Paid Media modules. The wizard fills as much as possible from the linked prior runs. Adjust anything campaign-specific, pick documents, generate.
What's next
With all three Paid Media modules generated, you have a complete campaign package. Submit the whole campaign for approval — every attached strategy run goes into the same approval cycle. See Submit a strategy for approval and Use a strategy as input to the implementation plan for more on the prior-run linking mechanics.
