Create a new company

How to add a brand to your workspace and what to fill in to set it up right.

A company is a brand or a client inside your workspace. Everything you generate — strategies, plans, audits, exports — happens inside a company, with that company's branding and voice. If you run marketing for one brand, you'll have one company. If you're an agency, you'll likely have one per client.

How to do it

Create a new company

  1. 1

    Open the active-company switcher

In the top bar, click the active-company pill (it shows your current brand's logo and name). The dropdown opens with every company you have access to.

  2. 2

    Click 'Create new company'

At the bottom of the dropdown. This opens the new-company sheet.

Only workspace owners see this option. If you don't see it, you're signed in as a member or viewer; ask your workspace owner to create the company and grant you access.

  3. 3

    Give it a display name

The display name is what the brand will be called everywhere in Stratogizer — the switcher, exported PDFs, the team's reading. Use the brand's actual name (Imagemakers, not imagemakers-internal-test).

That's the only required field. Hit save and the company is created — you'll be switched into it automatically.

  4. 4

Add the brand context (highly recommended)

After save you stay in the company-edit sheet, with three more sections worth filling in:

    • Brand logo — used in the switcher, embedded in every exported PDF, and shown wherever the brand appears in the app. PNG or SVG works best. A wide wordmark is fine; we crop it to fit the chrome.
    • Website — the brand's homepage URL. Used by the SEO/GEO audit and surfaced in strategy outputs.
    • System prompt — a short paragraph in the brand's own voice that sets the rules for every AI generation under this company. Tone, mandatory messaging, words to avoid. Treat it as a one-pager for a new strategist joining the brand. You can edit it any time.

You can fill these in later — the company will work without them — but the quality of generated strategy is dramatically better when they're there.

  5. 5

    Pick your brand output setting

By default exported PDFs show the small Stratogizer wordmark alongside your company's branding. If you'd rather present the output as your deliverable (white-label), toggle Use Stratogizer watermark off in the company edit sheet. Logo and colours are taken from the brand context above.

  6. 6

    Invite the right people

New companies start with just you (the creator) as a manager. Bring in your team next — see Share access with your team for the role model and how to invite people in.

What's next

Now that the company exists

Three natural next moves:

  • Upload brand documents to the Asset Library — guidelines, past performance, anything the AI should know.
  • Invite team members and grant them company access.
  • Create a campaign and run your first strategy.
