Create a campaign
Every strategy lives inside a campaign. Here's how to set one up and what it does.
A campaign is one objective and all the work that supports it. Strategies don't exist on their own in Stratogizer — they live inside a campaign. This gives you a clean way to group related runs, approve them as a unit, and audit a piece of work end-to-end.
- Who can create one
- Workspace owners, managers, and members with company access
- Where it lives
- Inside one company; campaigns can't span companies
- Lifecycle
- Draft → Pending review → Approved (or Revision requested)
- Reversible
- Archive anytime; delete cascades to all generated strategy
Strategies live inside campaigns. Campaigns live inside companies. If you're new to the platform, that's the only hierarchy you need to remember.
How to create one
Step by step
- 1
Switch into the right company
Campaigns belong to a company. Use the top-bar company switcher to make sure you're in the brand you want this campaign to belong to.
- 2
Open Campaigns from the sidebar
The Campaigns view lists every active campaign for the current company. New campaigns appear here as soon as you create them.
- 3
Click New campaign
A small modal opens with two fields:
- Name — what the campaign is called everywhere (e.g. Q4 Lead Generation, April Brand Relaunch). Keep it specific enough to recognise in a list of ten.
- Objective — one to two sentences describing what success looks like. This is read by the AI on every generation under this campaign, so make it concrete: "Drive 250 qualified leads to the September product launch event" is more useful than "Grow awareness".
- 4
Save it
The campaign appears in your Campaigns list immediately, in Draft status. You can now attach documents, generate strategies, and eventually send the whole thing for approval.
What goes inside a campaign
The pieces that hang off it
- Strategy runs — every AI generation you produce for this campaign (Paid Media strategy, channel plan, implementation plan, social strategy).
- Documents — campaign-specific files you upload directly to the campaign (briefs, source materials).
- Approvals — every time you Send for approval, an approval record is created tying together the strategies that were sent.
- Team — anyone with access to the company also has access to its campaigns.
Lifecycle
The journey
The campaign card shows a four-stage journey:
- Generate — produce one or more strategy runs.
- Send for approval — when the strategies inside are ready for review.
- Approved — a workspace owner has signed off.
- Exported — bulk-export every approved strategy as a PDF.
