Storage limits
How much you can upload, what counts toward the limit, and what to do when you hit it.
Stratogizer has a soft storage limit per user and per-file limits on each kind of upload. Most teams never hit them. This page explains what counts, what doesn't, and how to clean up if you do.
- Per-user soft limit
- 50 MB across your personal Asset Library
- Per-file caps
- 25 MB documents · 10 MB logos · 5 MB SEO CSVs · 5 MB avatars
- Where you see usage
- Bottom of the dashboard sidebar (live)
- Workspace-level limit
- None today — set by your plan via per-user limits
What counts toward your 50 MB
The personal soft limit
Only files you upload to your personal Asset Library count toward the 50 MB user limit. These are the files attached to your user account and reusable across any brand you work on.
Files you upload to a company (logos, brand guidelines) or to a campaign (briefs, source materials) do NOT currently count toward the per-user soft limit — they live under the company / campaign and are visible to the whole team.
Per-file size caps
Limits per upload kind
- 25 MB — general documents (briefs, reports, brand guidelines, spreadsheets).
- 10 MB — logos (company logo, campaign logo, workspace logo).
- 5 MB — SEO CSV uploads, profile avatars.
These are hard caps — uploads larger than the limit are rejected with a clear message. The limits are deliberately generous for the kinds of files we expect. If you're hitting them, the file is probably too big to be useful to the AI anyway (a 25 MB brief is almost always one that should be summarised first).

How to clean up
The sidebar shows a live usage bar. Once it gets close to 50 MB:
- Open the personal Asset Library and sort by size. Remove duplicates and one-off files you don't reach for any more.
- Move shared brand documents to the relevant company Asset Library — they're more useful there (visible to teammates) and don't count toward your personal limit.
- Move campaign-specific files to the campaign — same benefit.

Workspace-level pooling
Today the limit is set per user. A workspace-level storage pool (shared across the team, with admin visibility) is on the near-term roadmap — useful for agencies juggling many large brand kits across many clients.
