Share access with your team
Invite team members, choose their role, and grant access to specific companies.
Stratogizer is built for teams. Invite people in, give them a role, and tell Stratogizer which brands they should see. The model is simple but precise — most permission confusion comes from missing one of those three steps.
- Who can invite
- Workspace owners
- Seat limit
- Set by your plan (Basic 1, Pro 10, Custom unlimited)
- Invitation expiry
- Tokens last a few days; resend if needed
- Existing account?
- Yes — they're added directly, no token step
Understand the roles first
Workspace roles
- Owner — full control. Manages members, invitations, the plan, and approves campaigns. Has implicit access to every company in the workspace. You're an owner if you created the workspace.
- Manager — same access scope as Owner across all companies in the workspace, but cannot approve campaigns. Useful for senior strategists who should see everything but shouldn't be in the approval chain.
- Member — can do the actual work (generate strategies, create campaigns, submit for approval) but only on the companies they've been granted access to. Most of your team should be members.
- Viewer — read-only. Sees companies they're granted access to, can read generated strategy, but cannot create, edit or submit. Useful for clients who want visibility.
Owners and Managers see every company by default. Members and Viewers see only the companies you explicitly grant them access to.
How to invite
Add someone to your workspace
- 1
Open the workspace switcher and pick Manage workspace
Top bar, workspace pill → dropdown → Manage workspace. The workspace sheet opens.
- 2
Open Team members and invite
In the Team members section, type the person's email, choose a role, and optionally tick which companies they should have access to (only relevant for members and viewers — owners and managers see them all).
- 3
They get an email
If they don't have a Stratogizer account yet, the email contains a unique invite link that lets them create one and land in your workspace.
If they already have an account, they're added directly. They get a "you've been added to {workspace}" email and can sign in straight away.
- 4
Adjust access later
Roles and company access aren't set in stone. From the same Team members area, change someone's role, grant or revoke access to a company, or remove them entirely. Changes take effect on their next page load.
If someone leaves
Removing access
In the Team members area, click Remove on the row. They lose access immediately — their session is invalidated on their next request. Anything they generated stays in the workspace; nothing is deleted.
